The Towers is an oceanfront property at 29th Street in Ocean City. When you're not swimming in the on-site pool or lounging on the beach, you'll be two blocks from the north end of the Ocean City Boardwalk, across Coastal Highway from Jolly Roger Amusement Park, and within blocks of popular restaurants, shops, mini-golf courses, and nightlife.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great place for the price!

Condo had everything we needed. Great location. Very convenient check in/out process. Bedrooms were a bit dusty and there were dirty dishes left in the dishwasher but not a big deal. Would definitely stay here again!

Pros: Amazing view of ocean from balcony, steps from the beach and close to the boardwalk while not being right in the busiest part. Cons: unit is very dated, furniture is old and grimy. Additionally building had very loud construction going on during the day which did not work for our baby. Fortunately the rental company (Vacasa) took care of us and found us another unit (that was much nicer) the same day

Dryer vent needs to be cleaned. There is a buildup of lint in the exhaust. Could cause a fire. There were broken slats from the blinds behind the TV in the living room.

It was very inconvenient not having a dryer that worked. We had to go to the laundry mat three times during our stay to dry our clothes and towels. When we got in the condo their were damp towels on the dryer. We didn't know if they were clean or what, so we started off our vacation washing the towels that should of been clean and ready for us to use. Instead we had to go dry them at the laundry mat. For the money we spent on this condo everything should of been in working order. I'm suppose to get money back for this problem. How am I getting reimbursed.

Good location for short stay

This unit is in a great location. Right on the beach with a partial view of the ocean. However the unit wasn’t cleaned properly. We had to clean bathrooms again to ensure our safety. There were dead flowers left on table and cups under the bed. Although linens were provided, they were left outside the unit next to bag of trash that was being disposed. The master bed didn’t have sheets on it when we arrived. It worked for the short term stay but if I needed to stay longer I would pick another location.
