If you like spectacular views, this luxurious unit is what you are looking for. Panoramic view of the ocean from the 14th floor, the bay and all of Ocean City. You can see all the way to Bethany. On the 4th of July you will have front row seats to the fireworks. This unit has all glass windows from the dining room all the way over to the living room. Just sit and relax and enjoy the panoramic view. It is well maintained with upgraded kitchen and more. You will enjoy your stay and will want to come back next year! It is a 2 bedroom condo, sleeps 6, and has a pull out Queen sofa. There are two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a California King bed, the 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. 3 TVs in living room 40” and one TV 26” and 18” in each of the bedrooms. DVD/VCR, CD/iPOD stereo, cable, FREE WIFI, phone, central air, washer/dryer. One parking spot space 211 $75 common area usage fee is due to be paid to security guard upon arrival cash/check year round. Second vehicle $55 upon availability. The unit is facing south on the 14th floor. YES PICKLEBALL at the Capri and equipment available as well.
Parking space must be vacated no later than 10am so that the cleaning team can park in that space. Check in 4pm / Check out no later than 10am! Keyless check in 24/7. Entry Codes are provided in a separate ‘key access’ email sent to you by Vrbo platform. Security Guards on duty 24/7!
Free parking is offered at Gold Coast Mall or the Public library parking lot for a small parking fee $10/daily. Both locations are across Coastal Highway in walking distance of the Capri complex.
This unit is kept in superior condition for you and your loved ones to enjoy an unforgettable vacation.
My unit is and common areas in building are sanitizing and disinfecting with ongoing and continues efforts regarding the corona virus outbreak. Please be safe! The HVAC thermostat is to be only adjusted in temperature level and must at all times remain in ‘auto’ fan position. The refrigerator must stay on recommended temperature levels which is ‘3’ for freezer and refrigerator. This cannot be adjusted by the guests. Spare sets of batteries are provided in kitchen drawer in case TV remotes need replacements.
Second floor amenities are available! Indoor pool hours 10am-8pm daily.
Guests are required to do the dishes before departure and preferably not wear shoes on the carpeted areas of the unit! Please be extra careful around the walls when transporting luggage and baggage in and out of the unit not marking the walls with stains in order to keep the unit in it’s excellent shape! Beach carts on wheels are not permitted in the elevators nor in the unit itself. All beach related toys and items such as umbrellas and beach chairs are to be stored and kept in the assigned unit storage marked 1409 in the parking lot facing north during your stay. Linens/towels sets are not provided. Master bedroom (king) and guest bedroom (2 singles) and (1) queen size sofa bed. Paper products such as napkins and paper towel and toilet paper tissue are not provided only a starter role is in holder! Please contact E Z Beach rentals located in Ocean City MD to order your linens/towels or of course provide your own. OC Solutions located in Ocean City MD does also provide linens/towel sets.
Comforters and pillows are provided on beds as seen in photo gallery!
Sofa/kitchen sets and tables are to be covered with your blankets/sheets prior to using and sitting.
Disinfecting bathrooms and kitchen area after usage!

Beautiful, spacious condo with a spectacular view of the ocean

This condo had everything we could ever need. It was spacious, clean and very inviting. Our host was welcoming and was in communication with us when we had a question. We would definitely recommend staying here. Just the view from the 14th floor was amazing. Right on the beach!

Nice place with a perfect view!

This was a perfect getaway for my husband and I with two teens. Amazing views and very clean. The $75 registration fee is a bit tough to swallow but was communicated to us well in advance by our lovely host and is a condo requirement, not that of the host. Will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Beautiful view, amazing location

My 70-year old mother, my 9 year old daughter and I all stayed for 5 days here. The building was easy to find, in a wonderful location and steps to the beach! A hurricane going up the coast prevented us from swimming in the ocean but the beach was still amazing. And the building had a pool which was perfect. Great stay, clean space, very comfortable and had everything we could want and need!

A nice place to stay

A very spacious accommodation with great beach views - and sounds. The beach is easy to reach, parking is easy (though the fee is now $75) and it was clean and well-equipped. Plenty of dishes for those like us who like to cook for ourselves. Comfy beds. My only concern is the need to bring our own linens. I feel linens should come with a place at this price. Overall, though, a very nice stay,.

Fantastic view & host!

It was our 2nd time staying in Anette's condo with memories of our last trip to get us ready. The view is just as amazing and Anette is phenomenal about staying in touch with any questions from booking through our stay. The only difference from our last trip was having to bring linens (hint: a queen size top sheet fits well as a "bottom" on the King size bed!). Otherwise, it's within walking distance to the grocery store and many shops and is a perfect size for our family of 4. Highly recommended!

Inaccurate description of property

This property is not “Ocean Front” as advertised but Ocean side view. The so called front view is really facing the opposite building and thus no privacy. Complimentary toiletries like toilet paper and towels were not there in one toilet. The towels in the other toilet seem to have been used. There were no trash bags as indicated in the check in list in the bathrooms cabinets or the janitor closet. Mirrors in both the bathrooms and near the kitchen had or bubble marks. Didn’t realize that we had to bring our own bed linens, pillow covers, bath towels and toilet paper. The owner could have alerted us about this. Much cheaper hotels have complimentary toilet paper, bath towels, bed linen etc.

Another great vacation at this property

Anette was very responsive in all aspects leading up to the stay and during a check-in mixup that was not her fault. The previous tenants had not vacated the property/unit per the contract and had sent the cleaning crew away earlier in the day telling them that the crew had arrived a day too early and that they had the place for another day. After ensuring the tenants vacated asap, Anette coordinated an after hours cleaning when most places seemed closed, so we could continue checking in. Despite getting a 2-3 hour late start to our vacation, everything else was perfect. Thanks to Anette for being so responsive and ensuring we could check-in promptly even though her previous tenants were mistaken.

We consider this property our home away from home. We love the location & proximity to the beach

This was our 2nd stay at this unit. I love the Hostess because she communicates well and responds to my text and messages quickly. I can be a sort of a pain in the butt, but that didn’t stop Anette from responding kindly and quickly. The security and staff at the Capri condominiums are extremely accommodating and helpful. The beach is walking distance from the back door. And every restaurant and family attraction is a quick car ride. I thoroughly enjoy this rental. I’ll be back.

The property is exactly as advertised. The views are spectacular, and it is located directly on the beach away from much of the hubbub of OC and the boardwalk. It is well furnished, and communications with the owner/manager were excellent. The only comment (and it is not really a complaint) is that I would advise those staying to bring their own bed linens. Sleeping with a rubber mattress cover, while understandable from the owner's viewpoint, is nothing I am accustomed to doing, and was a major distraction.
