Great location and facilities reflected the listing. However, there were some operational issues with access to the balcony from both doors which were taken care of once reported. The body wash dispenser in the bathroom was empty upon arrival and promised communication on early check-in was never received. Given coastal environment there were insects such as cockroaches (2) found. Other than the check-in situation, communication was very clear and quick with response.

Quiet, clean and cozy

Our first time staying in a condo, we come often with a larger group but this place definitely fit the intimate setting we were hoping for. Will definitely be returning for an annual small family gathering. Pool was clean, small walk to the beach and everyone around was friendly and helpful.

Great location, condo could stand to be updated

The location was perfect, and it’s probably the best thing about this condo. The unit was clean and had a well-stocked kitchen, but the furniture wasn’t terribly comfortable. The overall unit could use some upgrades. Also, we were unlucky enough to have a family of 6 staying in the unit above ours and we heard every single footstep and even the vacuum a few times. Some soundproofing would be great. But it was very convenient to the beach and the pool was nice.

Complete nightmare!

I came to realize very quickly after sitting in my vehicle for 5 1/2 hours with my family. And on the phone with VRBO for 3 1/2 hours they asked me to pay another $400 to stay at night somewhere else or they were complementary put me in a hotel after they tried to contact the third-party company vacasa three times with no answer three times with no answer I asked for their number.I asked for their number which the rudest supervisor BART gave me their number. After being on hold for 45 minutes on the emergency line. I was able to get in contact with someone to get the information for me and my family to arrive at the condo that we rent it for the weekend for my wife's birthday I've rented multiple times from VRBO but I do believe I need to be open to suggestions on where to stay from my friends.
