Very Low Traffic Street......excellent for children to ride bikes on.
This delightful retreat is just a 2-minute walk from the beach, offering one block away beach access.


**LINENS & TOWELS ARE PROVIDED

**Our four-seater street legal golf cart will be included for all weekly stays between June & August.
A valid driver's license is required to operate.

Great location to the beach and town. Pool ,bikes and golf cart perfect for everyone. Quiet area and everyone around the area were very friendly. The park in town had lots of fun things going on all week.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. The rental process was very easy and the host very helpful. The beach was very close. There were tons of extras with the pool toys, beach toys, beach chairs umbrellas, and bikes. Also, the golf cart was awesome. We would definitely stay here again!

This property included something for everyone in our family! Let’s start with a clean pool, floats for all ages, a great equipment room with various sized bikes, beach toys and floats! Move on to the golf cart for easy travel to the beach, plus great ocean views from the front porch. The house was beautifully decorated, double-sized frig, and every tool for cooking in. Our teens especially enjoyed the huge TV! We received great communication from the owner from beginning to end of our stay. Yes, we want to stay here again! Ralph

Beat place on OIB

We have been coming to OIB for years and this property was one of my favorites. It is very close to everything you need to have a good time with your children and friends. Plenty of provided beach chairs, bikes and sand toys made it convenient to travel with kids and not over pack. The owner was very easy to work with and replied immediately to any questions! We will be back!

Everything we were hoping for

Our 5 yr old grandson said it all. “Mimi this place is beautiful! You picked the best house for us to stay in. Close to the beach, catching crab, and it has a swimming pool!” Honestly all of the adults, men included, were very happy with our stay and how well it housed our 7 adults and 7 kids. Our host responded immediately to a few questions I asked early in our stay, which assured that I didn’t have to keep checking for answers. Family Getaway

We originally planned a Christmas getaway but because of Covid had to postpone. Owner was great to work with. Home was beautiful. Perfectly laid out. Lots of amenities. Great location. Will definitely stay here again.
