Beautiful sound front home. Located in the Northern Pond neighborhood. Enjoy incredible sunsets over Pamlico Sound. Private boat dock with easy access to the Pamlico Sound and the Ocracoke Inlet.

Hooligan Sunset is located on a small quiet peninsula shared with only a few neighbors and in easy walking or biking distance to Silver Lake Harbor, shops, galleries and restaurants.

3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths: 1 with King, 1 with Queen, 1 with two Twins. Baths have tub/shower.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, 2 internet TVs and DVD player. Washer and dryer.

Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival.

Depth at the end of the dock anticipated to be approximately 3 feet. Sound front deck, bulkhead, hot/cold outdoor shower (not enclosed) and park style charcoal grill. Covered parking.

No Smoking. Parking is limited to 3 vehicles.

Heaven @ Hooligan

We absolutely loved Hooligan Sunset! I didn't have to leave. We watched the nature of the sea in the morning on the deck, and felt the magic of the sunsets in the evening. And when the waves were rough on the beach, we enjoyed the calm of the sound right off the private pier. Hated to leave! Thank you for sharing your little slice of heaven with us!
