A large, spacious and older renovated "Pippi house" with many nooks and levels as well as a cozy garden with fireplace and fire pit. The house is centrally located and from the bedroom terrace there are fantastic views of the small protected forest area and up towards the city.
It only takes a few minutes to walk to shopping and the city center with a small neighborhood/pedestrian street, shops, restaurants and cinema. Public transport is also only a few minutes away. One of East Jutland's best and very child-friendly beaches with lifeguards is only 7 km from here.
