Room stunk smelled like cigarette smoke the manager on duty who was the manager I assume didn’t even offer to switch rooms or whatever when I asked for some air freshener disgusting place needs a revamp

Needs improvements

Hotel needs a lot of improvements to their rooms, especially the bathrooms the shower floor had a big crack in it the toilet was loose and rocked back and forth. Bed was very comfy though. A little bit of TLC repair would go a long way

Side doors are accessible for entry. Big dogs left in rooms. People congregating around those side doors. Rooms have cracks in walls, light switches. Grounds around the building not kept. And finally, i can hear doors opening and shutting almost continually.

Homeless Hotel

Traveling through from Colorado heading to Washington. Traveled with my dog so requested a room on ground level next to an exit door. Unfortunately every time I went out with my dog I was surrounded see by homeless people on the hotel property. There were cigarette butts everywhere so I didn’t want to walk my dog anywhere near there! I had to go all the way down the hall to another exit door to take my dog out. She’s old & had a difficult time walking that far which is why I requested my room to be close to the outside. To make matters worse, people were coming in & out all nite through the exit door until about 3am & were extremely loud! Were they having a party? My dog was nervous & so was I & I didn’t feel safe. This hotel really needs to enforce a no loitering rule. It’s scary for the guests!!

Won’t be staying here next time

Everything was descent except the breakfast. We went to eat at 7am and there was literally nothing but cold cereal and honeybuns. Super disappointing! They were supposed to have bacon, sausage eggs etc. We couldn’t even find any hotel workers there at all. The people who were there the previous afternoon when we checked in were great! They were friendly, kind and helpful. So strange that there was no service at all in the morning. The room was ok, but all in all not worth what we paid

Felt very uneasy with some of the people hanging outside and looking through my car-worried for my car if I would wake up to no car. The amount of people coming in and out of the side door up until 4am was frustrating, loud and was not able to sleep.
