It is not a hotel but rather a airbnb, low quality but supply mostly provides, close to restaurant, so piry, the unit is not quite clean, disappointed

Home away from home

Great place very much the feel of home. We loved the location very close to restaurants and town. Will definitely stay there again.

酒店環境非常乾淨，房間亦很大，家電設施一應俱全。只是我們洗澡後可能煙霧觸動了警報器，整夜都發出嗶嗶聲，而且小孩洗澡中途突然中斷了熱水供應，令我們一家都非常不便。我們有嘗試聯繫工作人員，他們都很快回應，但由於語言不通關係，無法即時對話，之後靠電郵聯溝通，但始終未能解鎖警報器誤鳴及熱水供應問題。若非是次意外，住宿整體都非常好，性價比高，地點亦很近海地獄一帶，是個很好的住宿選擇。

スムーズな無人チェックイン。ホテルと変わらない室内で。乾燥機まであって、長く滞在したくなる。近くに食堂やカフェはあるが、コンビニが無い。

めちゃくちゃ良かったです！綺麗なアパートでした！！寝やすかったし別府温泉地獄めぐりもしやすいしレタンカー停めやすいし居心地良かったです！洗濯も出来たし良かったです！

チェックインの方法が分からず、お電話で尋ねてメールでご案内を頂きました。事前にこのメールを頂けていれば、すぐにチェックインできたと思います。室内はとてもきれいでした。お皿やまな板、包丁もありましたが、皿を拭くタオルが無かったので、キッチンタオル等があればありがたいと思いました。

セキュリティがピーピー鳴ってびっくりして、ヘルプ電話しましたが対応してもらって安心しました。その後またセキュリティが鳴って、原因はキッチンの換気扇をつけていた為でした。洗濯機と乾燥機がついてるのが嬉しかったです。ただ、乾燥機がフィルター詰まりでエラーで、背が届かずフィルター取るのに、お馬さんになってもらってで大変でした。洗濯機の後ろにゴミが落ちてましたので、手前に出しときました。あとはいろいろ揃っていて助かりました。ワイファイもあって便利、近くにコンビニ、パン屋でモーニングもできたし、夜は有名な中華料理屋も徒歩圏内で飲めたしでよかったです。
