It's a good 4 star hotel, great breakfast as far as variety, but be careful - they say they close at 10am, but they aggressively remove all dishes right at 9:30, so plan accordingly! Other then very early food removal from breakfast, it's a great hotel.

This was a very nice hotel. Staff was friendly and check in was an easy process. Room was clean, a little bit tight but we were out most of the day. Laundry sight available which made it very convenient. We paid a little extra during booking for breakfast and it was very good. A lot of choices to choose from. We did not use the pool but it looked really nice and they had a staff out there to keep an eye on things. Restaurants were maybe a 7-10 minute walk. They had a convenient store on the 1st floor which made everything easy. No shuttle to the airport but staff will call taxi for you. We're from the US and used Uber frequently.

Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff. I really appreciated that there were many laundry machines, as it got busy at times. Convenience store on the first floor with essentials and souvenirs was very helpful, too. The location is very close to Shuri-Jo, and I didn’t mind walking to the busy touristy area on Kokusai-dori, since I could also come back to a quiet room. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel, though I didn’t use it. The room was equipped with a coffee maker, tea kettle, mini fridge, hair dryer and humidifier. Nice deep bath tub.
