This cosy holiday home on the island of Čiovo offers three separate apartments on individual floors, each with its own entrance, parking space and balcony. The apartments are ideal for families, couples or groups looking for proximity to the beach and tranquillity. The house is located just 60 metres from the sea and offers a view of the open sea and surrounding islands. Shops, restaurants and cafés can be reached within a few minutes' walk, while churches, banks and doctors are accessible within 15 minutes. The airport is only 4 km away.
The apartment on the first floor is 38 m² large, suitable for up to four people and has two bedrooms with double beds, a living/dining room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer compartment, kettle and filter coffee machine as well as dining area. The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet and washbasin. Bed linen, towels, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and TV are available. Pets are allowed (max. 2), a baby cot can be provided upon request.
The 20 m² terrace offers sea views, sun loungers, parasols, an awning, as well as a table and chairs for four people. Use is private. A communal washing machine is available from the landlord. Parking spaces are located directly at the property.
In the surrounding area, you can enjoy numerous activities, including water sports, sailing, windsurfing, diving, snorkelling, parasailing, jet skiing, boat rental, bicycle and kayak rental, fishing, hiking, basketball, as well as visits to attractions, wine tastings, and gourmet restaurants.
Included in the price are registration and deregistration fees, final cleaning, additional bed for toddlers, bed linen, towels, electricity, water, internet (Wi-Fi) and kitchen towels. Chargeable are air conditioning and pets.
