The apartment, approximately 70 sqm, is located on the 1st floor of a building WITHOUT an elevator (access via stairs).

There are also internal stairs inside the apartment, so please pay extra attention if you're traveling with children!

Do not miss the beaches of Palumbalza, Ira beach, Punta Volpe, Sassi, Algae and Hruska, bathed by turquoise and crystal clear waters and reachable by a mini-bus beach service. In addition, the accommodation is located a short distance from the beach of Marinella, ideal for snorkelers.

- From Olbia Costa Smeralda airport the easiest and fastest way to reach the apartment is by taxi, just 20 minutes from Olbia airport. Alternatively, you can take bus n 491 to the stop 464 - V.Monte Ladu, a 20-minute on foot from the apartment.
