It is complete with all the necessary amenities and accessories to ensure an unforgettable stay.
Located in a residential village just 100 meters from the suggestive Marina of Olbia where it is possible to walk among piers and boats or enjoy an aperitif. Located in the Olbia-mare district a short distance from the airport, away from city traffic, a quiet environment and at the same time well served by shopping centers, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and shops for every need. The historic center of Olbia is just a few minutes' drive away, bustling with its boutiques, wine bars and squares with lively cafés. The strategic position, away from the traffic of the historic center and close to the connecting roads, allows you to easily reach the renowned beaches of Olbia and the Costa Smeralda, the marine area of Tavolara, the trendy San Teodoro and many others to discover.
