A three-room flat with a splendid view of the sea, the island of Tavolara and the surrounding greenery.
The beach is 950 meters away and can therefore be reached on foot, but those who wish to go there by car can do so because the flat has free parking at 200 metres from the First Beach of Porto Istana. The beach is also suitable for children as it slopes gently, while the main services can be found in nearby Murta Maria.
Given its location, the flat also lends itself as a starting point for viewing the entire east coast of Sardinia from the Costa Smeralda to San Teodoro/Budoni.
Located in a small apartment complex, it is on the second floor and consists of a living room with a kitchenette and sofa bed, two beds in the loft, a double bedroom, a second twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Completing the flat is a terrace with a table and chairs, with a wonderful sea view including the Tavolara Island, where you can eat outside and enjoy relaxing moments, and a parking space. Present: TV, washing machine and air conditioning in the living room.
Given its location, the flat also lends itself as a starting point for viewing the entire east coast of Sardinia from the Costa Smeralda to San Teodoro / Budoni.

-Consumption of water, electricity and gas: included in the rental price.
-The kitchenette and crockery are to be left tidy and clean; otherwise, a supplement of 50.00€ will be applied.
-Linen hires upon notice: 20.00€ per person.
-Pets are not allowed.
-Option to smoke only in outdoor spaces.
-Late check-in, on request (for arrivals after 21.00): 50.00€; late check-out (after 10.00): charge of an additional night's stay.
-Tourist tax is to be paid locally in cash according to the rules of the Municipality.
