Interior Description

Villa Majra features a 25 sqm private pool with breathtaking views of the islands of the gulf, a large porch with a wooden roof, sofas, and an outdoor dining table, overlooking the bay. The porch leads to the living room with a TV, sofa, small dining table, and air conditioning. The living room windows offer an enchanting view: Mediterranean green hills and the gulf of Tavolara island with its splendid emerald waters; from here you can admire the sun rising behind the large limestone massif. The covered veranda facing the sea is constantly ventilated and allows guests to stay even during the hottest hours.

In the open space living room, there is a kitchenette with a fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, and gas stove. A spiral staircase leads to the lower level sleeping area (pool level): a double bedroom with sea view and pool access, a single bedroom, a twin bedroom with two single beds and pool access, and a suite bedroom with sea and pool views and an adjacent bathroom (bathtub); two bathrooms with showers. There is a laundry room with a washing machine.

The garden can be accessed through a wooden gate, featuring a barbecue area and a pergola with a granite table; from the garden, a staircase leads to the roof with a panoramic view. Near the entrance, there is a canopy that can accommodate two small cars or one large car.

Destination and Distances

Villa Majra is located in the "L'Oasi di Pedralonga" villa complex, about 80 meters above sea level, the highest panoramic point of the Porto Istana gulf. Nestled in greenery but only 10 minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda airport. Less than 900 meters away is the Porto Istana beach, with fine white sand meeting the emerald colors of the water, particularly suitable for children. A few minutes by car is the Costa Corallina Marina, a tourist port with 137 berths, located within the Tavolara and Molara Marine Protected Area.
