Welcome to "The Belaire Cottage" a spacious 5-bedroom beachfront retreat in the heart of the Saybrook Manor beach community. This charming New England coastal home offers the perfect blend of classic shoreline charm and modern comfort, with direct beach access right out the back door.
The home features bright living spaces, coastal character, and plenty of room for families and groups to relax and unwind. Enjoy scenic shoreline walks, nearby beaches, and everything the Connecticut coast has to offer. Conveniently located just minutes from downtown restaurants, shops, marinas, and local attractions, “The Cottage” is the perfect getaway for your next beach vacation.
The Space:
** 7-Day Summer Rental ** Saturday Check In and Out ** July & Aug**
The fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, and traditional drip coffee maker. Guests will also find cookware, serving utensils, basic paper products, and cleaning supplies provided for convenience. Enjoy meals in one of two dining areas — either the cozy eat-in kitchen or the beautiful glassed-in dining area overlooking direct waterfront views.

All five bedrooms are located on the second floor.
Bedroom 1 features a king bed with water views (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2 includes a queen bed (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom 3 offers a queen bed (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom 4 has three twin beds with water views (Sleeps 3)
Bedroom 5 includes a king bed with beautiful water views.(sleeps 2)
The home also offers a half bathroom and separate stand-up shower on the main level, along with a full bathroom on the second floor for added convenience. Each bathroom is thoughtfully supplied with plush guest towels, premium shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, along with all essential paper products, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay.
