Beach House in a fantastic location With Stunning Views.

The property has been completely modernised to provide a spacious comfortable living space.
Walk out of the patio or back door and a few steps will take you on to the safe sandy beaches of the Nature Reserve.
There is a large west facing private roof terrace with far reaching views over the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve.
Olhao,Faro, Cultura island and San Miguel mountain can all be seen in the distance.
The large private roof terrace is perfect for sunbathing, dining out and watching the wonderful Algarve sunset, also fantastic for star gazing.
There is a further south facing patio area outside the back door with a chimney style bbq, dining table with seating and a gate to the beach with a cold water shower.
There is a large outdoor sofa and table and chairs under the front terrace in the shade to keep cool .
All of the outside area's have lighting for sitting out in the lovely warm evenings.
There are 3 bedrooms and a wc located of off the main hallway.
A connecting privacy door takes you in to the large main living area.
Comfortable seating in the lounge has views through the triple opening patio doors over the beach and Ria Formosa.
A large modern bathroom with wc,bidet and walk in rain shower is accessed from this room.
A fully equipped modern kitchen and dining area were installed in 2024 with a door out to the side patio and bbq area.
The property has free wifi and multi channel tv .
We are 5 minutes from the ferry, shops and restaurants.

When you rent our property you agree to the following terms and conditions.

The house is for a maximum of 6 persons including children. We can supply a travel cot for babies. We cannot allow extra persons to stay and they will be asked to leave or we reserve the right to terminate your holiday without refund.

The property is self catering, we supply fresh bed linen and towels but not beach towels.


We have a very strict no smoking policy in the property. Please respect this as we do not want to have to charge you for a deep clean to remove the odour.

The house is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised prior to your arrival, we do expect you to leave it clean to avoid any extra cleaning charges.
