This spacious 2-story dwelling offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, distributed across both floors, with access to the bedroom and bathroom on the upper floor only through an exterior staircase, providing privacy and a unique layout. Additionally, both the living room/dining area and the two bedrooms located on the main floor, as well as the bedroom situated on the upper floor, are equipped with air conditioning. The comfort and proximity to the beach, entertainment venues, and shopping options make this dwelling a perfect choice.
