This spacious 2-story dwelling offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, distributed across both floors, with access to the bedroom and bathroom on the upper floor only through an exterior staircase, providing privacy and a unique layout. Additionally, both the living room/dining area and the two bedrooms located on the main floor, as well as the bedroom situated on the upper floor, are equipped with air conditioning.
