Modern 3-bedroom penthouse with large terraces, just a 3-minute walk from the area's most beautiful beaches.This attractive apartment is on the third floor of a building with a lift and is distributed in a living-dining room with an open plan kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms with shower, one of them en-suite, 2 terraces on the same floor and a huge roof terrace on the upper floor, which is accessed via a spiral staircase from the lower terrace. You have sea views from all bedrooms, with sea views from the front terrace and mountain views from the rear terrace.The whole house and the terraces are well furnished and equipped. Central air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, smart TV, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, airfryer. There is a large 180 cm bed, another 160 cm bed and a 90 cm trundle bed for two people.On the terraces there are tables, chairs, armchairs and sun loungers to enjoy the sun or the shade and the splendid sea views. There is also a gas barbecue at your disposal.The vehicle can be parked in a private space in the underground car park.
