As you enter, you'll be captivated by the stunning views to the top of Alpine Meadows ski area enjoyed from the entire living space. The newly remodeled kitchen with quartz countertops, hickory cabinets and gas appliances is equipped with all the essentials for preparing home-cooked meals. Coffee, oil, spices, sugar, and lots of condiments are provided to make meal prep easy. The comfortable living room provides ample seating on the new sectional, a cozy fireplace with gas insert, and a large flat-screen TV.

2. Parking for 4 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. Property is in a high snow load area, 4WD is highly recommended.
4. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood. Outdoor noise after 9pm will not be tolerated.
