Fine, but we will go elsewhere next time

The breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable. You hace to specifically request housekeeping services and even then it's minimal. My child got sick in the night and i was instructed to strip the bed and leave the beddinf in the hall. We refurned to bag of new bedding in the hallway - no big deal, i can make a bed. But the new sheets were stained in several places. The pool was fun, but the water was oddly cloudy. There were also several hardware pieces on the bottom where things used to be attached that were pretty easy to snag your foot on because of the murky water, and one kid cut his foot on a sharp spot in the pool. My kids are all under 7, so the pool was age appropriate for them, but older kids would not enjoy it as much.

Horrible experience. I based my booking off of previous reviews. When I got there, the poor lady working the front desk was brand new and had a guest that was very upset that she did not know how to deal with. She had her manager on the cell phone on speaker trying to help it all went downhill from there. The elevator was super sketchy and when we got into the room, we had to reconnect the television and noticed a plastic bag over the smoke detector. The noise all night long from traffic was unbearable, and we left as soon as there was daylight. I traveled to Omaha often. I will not try to save money by staying here! I did not even go into detail in this review about how horrible the place smelled

Clean and easy access. Only negatives is we were right beside the elevators and they were so loud so be sure to request away from those. Also the pool had way to much chlorine it, made us itch and eyes burn and the hot tub was way too hot, no one could sit in it.

Great stay. We checked in late and there was no problem. Bed could have been a little firmer, but might be more of my personal preference. Liked the noon check out. Especially since we arrived late. Hot tub could have been a little hotter though. Friendly staff. Will stay again.👍
