Chose this hotel for the hot tub for a work trip. The hot tub was barely luke warm and when I turned the jets on, it filled up with gross foam. The pool was super green and looked disgusting as well.

Staf was attentive & friendly. Room was cleaned well and amenities were as described. Hot tub was clean and not the gross foam you find in some hotel hot tubs. Pool was great for kids! Breakfast offered a large variety of options and staff was efficient in keeping food added to warmers.

The room was great and the breakfast male attendant was very friendly but the hot tub was freezing and had way too much chlorine. My daughter’s hair turned green and everyone was super itchy.

The pool was nasty slimy and the water was cloudy. The hot tub had too many chemicals in it and burned my eyes. The whole reason for booking was so we could enjoy the pool and hot tub ruined our evening.

The whole stay was a complete joke, we were “ kicked out” of our hotel at 11 at night from a very unprofessional guy that we hadn’t ever seen for no reason, as they said we were drunk and loud when we left the cops gave us all breathalyzers and we all were sober and proved it. I will definetly be contacting higher ups to get a full refund, we are yearly stayers at this and bring a nice size group with us part of our friends we’re not even present at the hotel and got kicked out I will be leaving a bad review on line and contacting whoever I can for further bad reviews it was the worst experience we have ever had at a hotel
