The most disappointing part of our stay was that there were bed bugs. As a result, we will never use this facility again The other thing that was annoying was the noise, as there was a big group of noisy kids, due to sports tounaments

Mixed feelings

The room was great, clean, very nice. Tge bed was comfortable, the pillows were great and the blankets. Very nice hotel. The girl at the desk didn't know what she was doing . I paid on hotels .com and now I see 3 charges on my debit card for the room. I will need to call the hotel in the morning and my bank . I have a charge of $103.98, another charge of$103.98 and another charge of $92.84. Totalling $300.80,, Im very upset about this and cannot afford this coming out of my account

The staff was Amazing! Friendly, accommodating, helpful! Breakfast opened an hour early because volleyball tourney! We had a birthday party for a 14 yr old, and I will be hosting my parties here from now on, and will be my fist choice whe traveling!

The room was nice. I like staying at Holiday Inn Express because it's consistent, no mater the city. But the air conditioner was VERY loud and inconsistent - it kept me up most of the night. I stayed in room 400. It shoudl be serviced.
