Clerk had trouble with computer at check in; had to switch after several frustrating minutes. Only 1working elevator made for super long waits. Room was clean and comfortable. Good location and easy to find.

Good for the price paid

The area outside of the shower in room 612 needs to be cleaned better. The breakfast area, specifically the front of the juice machine could have been wiped down and same with the open tables. I know the nice breakfast attendant was doing the best she could. She did a good job keeping the food stocked, which I know is important.

The employees were friendly. Someone was occupying the handicap room. We called the courtesy desk for a shower chair. We said we would come get it. She wouldn't have it, she brought it up immediately. The only problem I had was the bed was too soft. It hurt my lower back, so I ended up sleeping on the sofa. That wasn't comfortable either but it was better than the bed.

The IHG standards are well-maintained rooms, and this location delivered! Always like the pillow options of firm and soft as a great perk & experience! Good breakfast service for a busy morning. I would highly recommend staying here.
