The homeowners reside on the upper level of the house and will be present during your stay.

Peaceful stay

Molly and Bob were very gracious hosts. They were very welcoming to our miniature schnauzers and let them keep them company while we were out. Our space was quiet and clean and very comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay.

The property was perfect for me and my two kids. We came in for a youth baseball tournament. The property was clean and cozy. The hosts were so nice and accommodating. Next time I come to Omaha, I will be looking to book here. Thank you for your hospitality!!

Perfect stay for the College World Series

Skip the hustle of downtown and stay in this perfect private room, living room and private bathroom. There is a refrigerator as well. The pictures are as advertised, and the hosts are friendly as well as personable. 17 minutes away from Charles Swab Field. There are plenty of restaurants and bars/brewery’s near by. Great location. Looks newly renovated and you have the entire basement to yourself. The hosts care for your privacy. 5 stars, great stay to see anything and everything in Omaha even if it’s not baseball. Highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Didn’t work out

My stay ended short; however, I’m not sure I would stay again. The hosts were nice but very nosey. I was asked many questions that were none of their business and felt very uncomfortable. Also, the shower in the basement had hair on the floor from a past guest. The bed was comfortable but that is about all that was good. I hate to give a bad review but being asked about my personal life, is none of the hosts business. I don’t think I’ll ever stay at a vrbo that does not have its own entrance and privacy again.

I can't leave zero stars

The property violates the VRBO shared space rental policy which states "We are committed to offering a private experience for guests. As such, our platform does not support shared space short term rentals. A shared space, or hosted listing, is a listing where the guest might share areas inside the property with the host or other guests not in their group" My family and I didn't find this out until we were 90% through our 12 hour drive and the rent would not provide a refund. This property should be removed the VRBO system. The part of the listing that states "The homeowner reside on the upper level of the house and will be present during the your stay" was only added after we talk to VRBO customer services to try and get a refund.
