Excellent new rooms! Love bathroom too. Renovations are still ongoing but minimal interference. No breakfast, amenities or elevator, but they have a ramp. Good flow to room, professional courteous staff and free parking- close to several food places and Funny Bone Comedy Club. My only issue was the towels.

Room was recently renovated, all new everything. The shower was quite possibly the best shower I’ve had in a motel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again next time I’m in Omaha.

They did have no ice machine that did not work. We ask the staff how come the tv was not working right and the heating and cooling was not working to. The did know why the elevator was not working right either

Expecting bare bones for a one night stay in a hotel at a great price. To our surprise the room had recently been renovated. The room was clean, quiet, and had all the amenities of a mid-level hotel. The check-in was on-line and easy. All the employees were courteous, helpful, and responded very quickly.

⭐️⭐️ 2 Stars Great service — everyone was very friendly! The property is currently being remodeled, and I stayed in a handicap-accessible room that was freshly updated and very clean. There was no microwave or refrigerator available, but for the price, I was happy with my stay. The air conditioner was quite loud and blew directly onto the bed, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times. My air fryer also set off the fire alarm (oops!), and it took a while for the shower to heat up. The “breakfast” was kind of ridiculous — they basically just set out a few honey buns and called it good. Overall, friendly staff, but too many inconveniences for me to rate it higher.

Room had no fridge and no remote. Was freezing upon arrival and the heater smelled so strongly when turned on. Toilet had poop stains on it and in the morning I found three cockroaches in the bathroom. Not a good time and I paid over $100 for this!!
