The beach is only 200 meters away and can be reached by stairs, while a market and restaurant are just 100 meters away. In Omiš, guests will find all essential facilities such as a pharmacy, medical clinic, and gas station.
Omiš is known for its rich history and pirate heritage, offering a unique Dalmatian atmosphere with narrow stone streets, excellent restaurants, and beautiful beaches. Its proximity to larger cities like Split (30 km) and Makarska (35 km) allows guests to explore cultural landmarks, enjoy nightlife, and visit stunning beaches and promenades along the Adriatic coast.
ACTIVITIES:
The area of Omiš and its surroundings offers various activities for adventure and nature lovers. Guests can enjoy adrenaline-filled experiences such as ziplining over the Cetina River, rafting, and kayaking, while hiking and cycling provide opportunities to explore the unspoiled nature of the Dalmatian coast. Boat trips to nearby islands are also available, where you can discover hidden coves and crystal-clear sea.

Apartment for 8 Persons With Pool (110m2) is located on the third floor of a family house where the owners live, and other guests also stay in the house. The apartment accommodates up to 8 people and consists of four bedrooms – three with double beds and one with two single beds. There is no living room, but the apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and dishwasher. There are three bathrooms with a shower, hairdryer, bed linen, and towels. A shared gym is also available.
EXTERIOR:
Guests have access to parking and a shared pool with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The apartment has two balconies and one terrace with a breathtaking sea view, allowing guests to fully enjoy the Mediterranean ambiance.
