Offering space for up to 4 people on 50 m², it is ideal for couples, small families or friends. The cosy bedroom is equipped with a double bed, the living room features a sofa bed, ensuring all guests are comfortably accommodated. The modern bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, washbasin and a private washing machine.
The open kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine and kettle, so you can conveniently prepare your meals yourself. The dining area offers space for 4 people, while the living room with TV, coffee table, sideboard and air conditioning invites you to relax. Complete room darkening ensures restful nights.
The covered south-facing balcony (6 m²) invites you to enjoy the view of the glittering sea and the idyllic surroundings. Equipped with a table, chairs, awning, and clothes horse, it is perfect for cosy breakfasts or relaxed evenings.
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, surrounded by plenty of greenery and situated on a slope with a distant view. Restaurants, supermarkets, and cafés are just a few steps away, and you can conveniently reach the town centre on foot.
In the surrounding area, there are numerous leisure activities: water sports, boat tours, diving, snorkelling, mountain biking, excursions to nature and national parks, as well as wine and gourmet experiences.
The equipment includes WiFi, TV, air conditioning, private washing machine, dishwasher and a parking space directly at the property (partially sun-protected). Pets are not allowed, smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
