Nestled amongst the trees and boasting a peaceful space to enjoy lake activities, this adorable home is near Lake Livingston and many other outdoor recreation areas. You can spend your days fishing off of the pier or on your boat which will have boat launch access. The neighborhood also has a private pool and playground. Outside of the home, the area is known for local antiquing, and on the flip side, a Casino about 30 minutes away.

Back at the home, you'll enjoy partial views of the lake, and inside, you will find a spacious living room adorned with comfortable seating and a large TV. The adjacent kitchen is well-equipped for all your culinary needs, and when you're ready to eat, dine at the breakfast bar or the wooden picnic table.

Upstairs, you will find both spacious bedrooms equipped with Roku streaming service. In addition, there is a screened porch that is a perfect place to spend a sunny afternoon reading.

Rest assured that no matter how you decide to spend your time at the Amani home, it'll be an unforgettable trip!

House Rules
-The shared swimming pool is open from May 1st - September 31st.
-Access to the neighborhood's playground, swimming pool, fishing pier, and boat launch area - all located one block away.

This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
