Staff (Cindy) was very helpful, answering any questions about the area. Building is very unique, breakfast area is full of beautiful antiques. Breakfast was delicious, Cindy was able to accommodate dietary needs.Bed & pillow was very comfortable. Rooms were clean & shower worked well.

Breakfast was wonderful. Cindy was a great and knowledgeable host. Inn was beautifully furnished in antiques and curios. Rooms were small but comfortable. Should be aware that there are no in-room TVs, hairdryer or microwave but TV and microwave available in common room.

2 day getaway

Cindy is the perfect host. You will not find better service. An old home that is clean and has great history. Rooms are small ofcourse so perfect for a couple of days or for those getting out a lot. Food was made with love. Great getaway! Lovely time, will go back for sure!

Cindy was a great host. It was our first b&b experience and it was great. Minutes away from Riding Mountain National Park. Rooms were clean and quiet. Large deck area with a nice view and peaceful environment. We’re already planning on booking again in the future.

Charming and Memorable Stay! We came in from Ontario to visit relatives in Sandy Lake. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely Victorian-style bed and breakfast. The home was full of character, with plenty of interesting and welcoming décor that made it feel both cozy and unique. Breakfast each morning was a highlight — expertly prepared by a chef and absolutely delicious. The coffee was top-notch and the perfect way to start the day. The location was ideal, with easy access to Riding Mountain National Park and a local farmers market on Saturday. We also had the unexpected treat of watching hummingbirds visit the garden — a lovely touch that added to the peaceful atmosphere. The only minor issue we encountered was finding the property at night, as GPS reception in the area was spotty. A few solar lights or signs at the road entrance would be helpful for first-time guests. Overall, a wonderful experience — highly recommended!
