APARTMENT SUNNY GARDEN

The apartment is on the first floor of the villa and can accommodate five people. It has a separate and fully-equipped kitchen with a gas and electric stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. The kitchen leads out onto the garden terrace. There are two bedrooms with a comfortable double bed, two single beds and a sofa bed. Both bedrooms also have a wardrobe and a dresser. The living and dining room has two sofas and a big LCD TV with satellite channels in the living area and a big dining table with chairs in the dining area. There is also air conditioning and central heating for the winter. The bathroom provides a shower, bidet and toilet. There is a wardrobe in the corridor. The living room facing south looks out over the villa garden, the centuries-old park and the blue sea.
The living room opens onto the big balcony. There is also a lovely terrace with garden furniture and Mediterranean plants, with another garden terrace above it with a grill. The owners live on the second floor of the villa.
It is 300 metres to all the beaches (sandy and pebbled), as well as to the centre with many restaurants, which you can get to along a pleasantly shaded path lined with old trees in a historical park opposite the apartment.

Relaxing week

We had high expectations and they were more than met! The host couple are incredibly welcoming and helpful. Many times more than could be expected. The location is perfect even if the main road outside is a bit disturbing but nothing that detracts from the overall impression. It is close to the sea, beaches, restaurants, boat excursions, hikes and the bus station. The garden is a paradise! Everything that was needed is there and it is simple and stylish. We can really recommend this accommodation.

Very nice apartman!

The apartment is very nice and spaceous. The kitchen is so well stocked that you could host Christmas and have plenty of dishes. The beds were ok and overall it was clean. The kids loved all the toys in the kids room, but the storage bin was pretty dusty. The living room was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The only issue we had was that the garden was overgrown and infected with mosquitos, we were unable to open up any windows or use any part of the outdoor space. Additionally. the house had a ton of the tiny food aunts, they even got into a bag of bread we tied and hung up on the kitchen cabinet handle. If you plan on walking, the apartment sits on the hill over the city center, plan on getting in a workout for the walk back. The owner was super nice and friendly and made us feel welcome.

Es ist eine sehr schöne,saubere FeWo in einem Park ähnlichen Garten. Leider an einer Durchgangsstrasse, so das immer Straßenlärm zu hören ist. Wird etwas durch den Garten gedämmt.

Schönes Apartment mit viel Platz und guter Lage

Das Apartment liegt Zentral in Opatija, ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Meer entfernt. Es bietet sehr viel Platz, draußen gibt es 2 schöne Terrassen und viele Pflanzen. Die Vermieter wohnen im selben Haus und sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir waren mit unserem Urlaub sehr zufrieden und können das Apartment weiter empfehlen.
