Break away from your daily routine to have fun at the beach in this lovely two bedroom two bathroom vacation getaway. You will be captivated by the astonishing views, and delight in easy access to shops, restaurants, and enjoyable outdoor activities. The living area is perfect for taking a break after a long day of running around, and you have a flat screen television, a DVD player and a stereo system for entertainment. The kitchen has the cookware you need to handle any culinary needs, and there are three metal stools at the breakfast counter for convenient snacking. A few steps away are a glass table with chairs similar to the stools, and on the large tiled balcony are another table with chairs, and a pair of chaise lounges. You can see for miles up and down the beach and far out into the Gulf of Mexico from this lofty perch. Your master bedroom suite comes with a king-size bed, a flat screen television, balcony access, and your own bathroom, with a sink, an extended vanity counter with a short stool, and a combined tub and shower. The other bedroom provides a full-size bed and a flat screen television, as well as a bathroom that closely resembles the first one.

Bring on the beach!

Had a great stay, everything was clean and in working order. Beautiful view from the balcony, spent a lot of time there enjoying our meals. Location was good, just a quick car ride away from restaurants/drug stores/shopping. Everything was as advertised

Beautiful view

The property was clean except the balcony. Melted Oreos and jellybeans all over. Other than that it was a nice place. Did need some things fixed like towel rack and blinds in master bedroom were broken. Other than that the view was spectacular. The place was also very quiet.

WHAT A DUMP!

Let's start from the top, At check in I was told about the no smoking policy, well, with the first step in this unit I was hit with the intense smell of a bar room. Awful cigarette smoke smell. To the point that my kids started to get a headache. The floors were slippery and full of sand/dirt and food. I found food in the pull out couch that my kids were going to sleep on. What a nightmare right?!?! Well it gets worse, the chairs we are supposed to sit and eat were broken, but instead of replacing them...... they DUCK TAPED them. Jagged edges, which cut my mother, so the removed them, but never replaced it!! The floor boards were coming off the sides of the wall, and the grout in the floors and bathrooms, dirty and black! My husband pointed out multiple picture frames with broken glass and nails sticking out the sides. He also bumped a clock that literally was hanging on by a nail shoved into a large hole in the wall. I knew the unit was out dated, which did NOT bother me. But it was old AND falling apart. Shame on this owner for charging prices for a new unit and allowing there customers HARD EARNED MONEY to be wasted!!!! My comforter on the bed had huge rips in it, the sofa was super glued back together, the sheets had stains on them........ I can go on and on. So if you are looking to have a nice stay at the beach with a clean vacation feel.... this absolutely is not the one for you. Do NOT waste your money!

Loved it!

Nice unit with huge open balcony with a very nice view of the beach. We arrived at 2 am and there was a nice person at the reception, super easy check in. Unit was clean. Free WiFi. There was only one tv channel though. We loved our stay!
