Phoenix Orange Beach in Orange Beach, is one of Alabama's newest beach front condos and you will love to stay in this upscale property in the heart of Orange Beach. Gain entry into this property by using the keyless entry system - no keys to worry with. Just remember the code given to you. This unit on the 17th floor is a 3-bedroom, 3-bath unit with bedding enough for 10 guests, which includes 2 king- sized and 2 queen sized beds, plus a queen-sized air mattress and a twin sized foldout mattress. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a 55" TV and an adjoining bath which includes a walk-in shower and a jetted tub. It has sliding doors which go directly to the large balcony. Guest Suite 2 has a king sized bed, a 40" TV and an adjoining bath which has a tub/shower combination. Guest Suite 1 has 2 queen sized beds, a 40" TV, a DVD player, and an adjoining bathroom (which also has access from the hallway) with a walk-in shower. There are ceiling fans in each bedroom.
The condo is tiled throughout, with solid wood cabinetry in all baths and the kitchen. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, and there is a wet bar with an ice maker. In the hallway you will find a closet containing the washer and dryer.
Enjoy the awesome view from the kitchen and living room through the large floor to ceiling windows looking out at the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Also enjoy the electric fireplace during the cooler weather. It is on a beautifully tiled wall in the living room below the 65" TV.
We have a closet across the hall from our unit which we share with guests for storing beach toys. We also provide 4 beach chairs in this closet for guest use. We only ask that you clean sand off the toys and chairs after use before returning them to the closet.
Phoenix Orange Beach amenities include a gulf-front lazy river with a water slide, a gulf- front outdoor pool, a large indoor pool, children's pool, 2 over-sized hot tubs, and a gulf-front exercise room with high quality equipment, lighted tennis court, BBQ grills (charcoal) on ground level, and covered parking. There is also free high speed internet, secure wireless internet. There are also 2 large meeting rooms which can be used for family gatherings.
The large balcony is wonderful for enjoying a great meal at the high-top table, and also has a comfortable sofa and swivel rockers for watching for dolphins, and simply relaxing and enjoying the amazing view from this 17th floor height. It is directly accessible from both the master bedroom and the living room.
Covered parking in 8 story garage. Parking passes must be purchased at front desk upon arrival at cost of $55.00 (tax included). Limit 2 passes per unit for 3-bedroom.
This condo is in a prime location on Perdido Beach Blvd., and within walking distance to a Publix grocery store, Walmart, Rouse's Grocery, and numerous restaurants.

Please research trip cancellation insurance to prevent a loss due to Hurricane/Tropical Storms, Illness or any unforeseen situation preventing honoring the reservation. We do not cover this type of loss.
