Step inside this open-concept living space in a three-bedroom condo with breathtaking views of the white sugar sands! The well-equipped kitchen features granite countertops and is stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. Gather around the six-person dining table with additional seating for three at the kitchen bar while enjoying a homecooked meal. The comfortable living space has a flat-screen TV for relaxation after a day on the beach, or step outside onto your private balcony. This unit is equipped with a washer and dryer.

The main bedroom features a king-size bed with a flat-screen TV and access to the balcony. The en-suite main bathroom includes a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, and the second bathroom also has a walk-in shower. The third bedroom features two bunk beds with four twin-size beds.

Romar Place is located in beautiful Orange Beach on the beach. Walking distance from Wolf Bay Restaurant, Ruby Slipper Cafe, or Doc's Seafood. Attractions in the area include Adventure Island, Beachside Mini Golf, and Arcade. A short drive to the Wharf with plenty of shopping, restaurants and entertainment at your fingertips

Guest Access:
- The complex DOES require parking passes and wristbands. The complex charges $50/parking pass and limits TWO vehicles per condo. You will need to purchase your parking registration at the front office onsite at Romar Place immediately upon arrival. Wristbands - yellow- these are for all guests ages 13 & above. Red wristbands - these are for all guests 12 & under and will be distributed upon arrival- registration and asked to be returned upon departure. There will be a drop off stand in the lobby for returns. If someone loses their bracelet they can come to the office and purchase another one for $10.00 (debit or credit only). The bracelets are rubber and can fit on the wrist or ankle. The bracelets must be worn at all times while on the premises. Failure in wearing the bracelet will prohibit anyone from using the common amenities.
No parking of trailers, RV's or watercraft allowed onsite.
