Walk over to The Wharf for concerts and shopping, soak up some sun on Cotton Bayou Beach, or step outside to splash in the pool or fish in the on-site pond. After a day of fun in the sun, relax and unwind in premium comfort with spacious rooms, plush furniture, and a cozy screened-in porch.

The Space:
This 3-bedroom, 2-bath townhome has room for 8 guests and a trip full of memories. The open-style concept features a spacious living area with tasteful decor, plush leather furnishings, and a fully equipped kitchen. Share meals together at the family–sized table and stream movies on the flat-screen TV for a quiet night in. Outside, a screened-in porch offers a cool shaded space to kick back and relax after a day in the sun.

The master bedroom boasts a comfy king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, and a large ensuite bathroom with a sparkling shower/tub combo. The other bedrooms feature their own fluffy beds and share a full bathroom right across the hall. Each bedroom has its own TV and freshly laundered linens for every stay.

Guest Access:
Your rental includes private access to the entire townhome and 2 parking spots right in front of your villa. You’ll also enjoy full access to Orange Beach Villas, a Key West-inspired village with vibrant landscapes and VIP style. Indulge in on-site amenities like a sparkling outdoor pool with clubhouse facilities, a fully stocked fishing pond, and a picturesque gazebo. When it’s time to explore, your prime location puts you a short drive away from The Wharf, Cotton Bayou Beach, Gulf State Park, and endless other opportunities for shopping, dining, activities, concerts, and adventure.

Cozy & Pet Friendly

Stayed her for a couple nights in October. Overall, the place was great and would 100% stay here again. The only thing I would notate is that the listing images were slightly different. In the listing there was a room with bunk beds whereas upon arrival there were two twin beds. The listing had pictures of a screened in porch but upon arrival there was not a screened in porch. That being said, none of this ruined my trip. The rental was very clean, cozy couches, tv’s in each room, had kitchen essentials like a keurig duo coffee pot, and there was parking right in front of the condo. Because I stayed during the off season, the area was really quiet. It’s about 1.3 miles away from the Wharf and walkable. Convenient location that was very easy to access and pet friendly.

Great beach getaway

The condo was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The drive to the beach is very short, and it is also near so many great attractions. When a (very small) issue arose, management was very quick to respond even though it was a holiday weekend. Highly recommend!

Nice condo and it sure met our needs. We really enjoyed the screened in porch! It was the perfect spot for morning coffee and evening meals. The property owner provided a few extras that were a nice touch like bath soap and tissue paper and paper towels. Can't beat the front door parking!

This villa was perfect for our family of 6. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was very family friendly for every age group. We will definitely be back. The property manager Susan was amazing and made our experience even more easier. Had no issues with anything.
