Welcome to Seascape 105 in beautiful Orange Beach, Alabama. Nestled in this cozy community is this fantastic 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo perfect for your family's vacation. The Primary Suite is ready for mom and dad with a Comfy King Size Bed, Smart TV, Balcony Access, and private full bath with a walk in Shower. The kiddos will love the Twin over Full Bunk Bed in the Guest Bedroom with another Smart TV. Need extra sleeping? There is even a Queen pull out sofa sleeper in the spacious Living Area with a large Smart TV, 2 cozy recliners, and Balcony access. The guest bath is just off the hall and provides a shower/tub combo. This fully stocked kitchen will come in handy when feeding the crew after a busy beach day. Serve it up at the dinner table or take it out to the Balcony with the large table set and soak in just a little more salty air! Also perfect for morning coffee while the kids sleep in! Seascape 105 will not disappoint! Also, in-laws or other family want to come? This home has a sister home in this complex, #308. Stick them over there for peace of mind. Just ask!

Excited to start your vacation? Head outside and jump in the refreshing swimming pool and have a pool side picnic with plenty of seating and loungers for tanning. Ready to hit the beach? The community has a private boardwalk with access to the waters edge just on the edge of the property, only steps away. Parking is FREE and provided for 2 vehicles in the assigned spot under the complex. Other things to do that are withing walking distance here are Adventure Island with arcades, go carts, mini golf, and more, Souvenir City to grab your vacation keepsakes, and several restaurants to please every pallet. This perfect vacation home will NOT disappoint!

*Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). Just find an empty one or the attendant.
