NOTICE about Pool Closure: As of Oct 16 2025, the building announced renovations to the INDOOR POOL. It will be closed between October 25 until November 24 for renovations. Also, the outdoor lazy river will be shut down during the month of December 2025.

PARKING INFO:
Reservation does NOT include any parking fees/passes. The Oasis HOA requires all guests to register and purchase parking passes directly from the HOA on-site on day of arrival.
Parking is for 2 total vehicles max and Parking Fee is PAID ON-SITE! Parking fees are not included in reservation total and decided by the building HOA.

HOUSE RULES:
* Must be 25 or older to rent this property. 
* No pets allowed.
* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.
* No oversized vehicles or trailers allowed to park. 
* Please do not throw items off the balconies. Doing so will result in immediate eviction by security.

DAMAGE PROTECTION
Instead of charging a security deposit, RPM Rentals charges a non-refundable $175 `damage/management fee` that covers up to $3,000 for damage at the property as a results of your acts or omissions. Please see house rules and the rental agreements when you book for outlined details about how the damage waiver works.
Relax & Enjoy Stay: It`s vacation time, so enjoy it with the peace of mind knowing that if an accident happens and damage occurs, you are protected under Waivo!
-Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 staying at the property must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Age verification is required to book the property and also sign a rental agreement.

-No pets are welcome in this condo. No other service animals are allowed without prior approval from the Host. Discovery of pets at property will be grounds for eviction.

- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.

- All guests shall abide by the community good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 9:00am.

- No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted anywhere inside of the condo. Smoking will be grounds for forfeit of security deposit.

-No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. No large gatherings or parties allowed. Any parties will be grounds for immediate cancellation and eviction from the condo, and no refund.
