Renaissance OCEAN SUITES - the only resort in Aruba with a private island!

Stay at the fabulous Aruba Renaissance Ocean Suite Resort in Oranjestad Aruba, the only resort in Aruba with a private island for guests! This room overlooks the pool and beach. It is a one bedroom with kitchenette and sleeps four.

The resort is wonderful to stay at. It features beautiful common areas, a restaurant, 2 pools, sandy beach, lagoon, is close to downtown, and full of fun people!

The resort has the only private island in Aruba! A wonderful way to spend the day - the island features a restaurant, water toys, cabanas, beach chairs, and two bathing areas – one for the family, the other is adults only. Multiple boats run continually throughout the day to shuttle you to and from the island.

Note, the resort also has a separate Marina Tower building with its own lobby, but those rooms do not have the beachfront and pool deck / ocean views of the Ocean Suites Both buildings are pictured on the Renaissance web site to provide a sense of the entire resort area which is acres of frontage on Oranjestad’s picturesque harbor, which is a 5-minute walk from your Ocean suite!

Your suite is an OCEAN SUITE which is a 1 Bedroom Suite with 1 King bed and 1 Sofa bed, Pool view, Ocean view, and Balcony!

Please note: Maximum Occupancy is 4. This room does not offer an accessible roll in shower or hearing accessibility features. 1 Rollaway bed permitted (available from housekeeping) Cribs permitted: 2 (max of 2 rollaway and crib permitted)

Room Features: Bedroom, kitchen, living room, eating area, and balcony. It is 452sqft / 41sqm, air-conditioned and Non-smoking. It has a full height glass door to a balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. Balcony is 22 Sqft with chairs to relax in and enjoy the sun, breeze, and view.

The bedroom has a King bed, LCD TV, dresser, closet, safe, pillowtop mattress, and Duvet.

The living/sitting area is separated from bedroom by privacy wall and has a queen sofa bed, oversize chair, coffee table, eating table w chairs, and a second LCD TV.

Bath and Bathroom Features include: Shower/Tub combination, Double vanities, Bathroom amenities (Aveda), Hair dryer, Robes, and Slippers

The Kitchen features a range, microwave, coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes, refrigerator, mini-bar. Room service is available and bottled water for a fee.

Entertainment: LCD TV’s, Premium movie channels, Cable/satellite, Movies, pay-per-view, 2 phones, and complimentary High speed Internet (wired and wireless options available).

This resort destination has been designed for families or work-vacations, an oasis of luxury and tranquility, with every amenity just a short walk away for a relaxing stay! We have enjoyed this room for many years! It is close to downtown, the marina, a casino, and many many restaurants.

Note: your purchase of a week from us will cover the rent for the room for one week, but the hotel will charge a daily energy fee, timeshare tax and service charge, which in November 2019 were $10.30, $4.60 and $1.34 per night, or a total of $16.24 per night additional charge that will be payable directly to the hotel when you check out. They may be slightly higher this year.

The Covid-19 pandemic is considered a foreseeable risk. By accepting this rental agreement and providing payment information, the guest acknowledges and accepts the risk that the pandemic may prevent travel or occupancy of the rental unit and that this will not serve as a basis for requesting a refund. Unavailable amenities, pool, beach, theme park, etc. does not merit a refund. This clause specifically removes the obligation of the owner to provide a habitable unit, if the cause is due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
