Our stay at Victoria City Hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming—they truly go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The breakfast was top-notch—fresh, homemade, and prepared with so much care and love. It felt personal and authentic, not just a standard hotel meal. The people here are fantastic, the rooms are modern, stylish, and very affordable, which makes the experience even better. Since it’s a new place, everything feels fresh, clean, and thoughtfully designed. If you’re visiting Aruba and want a comfortable, warm, and great-value stay, Victoria City Hotel is definitely a place I’d highly recommend. We’ll definitely be back!

Room was clean, cool and well appointed. Staff were very helpful and, although we had to buy breakfast, it was very good. The area is a bit run down but it is safe and an easy 10 minute walk to the marina and restaurants. All in all, good value and we would stay there again.

The room was good. It served its purpose for the one night I stayed there. The room is small but it has all the essentials you need. The only issue, I had, was the shower water didn’t get hot. The staff was pleasant and the area was 15 minutes from shopping and restaurants.

The staff and hotel are great ... Very nice upgrades to everything.... The only picky thing i mention is the new blinds put in the new rooms dont always keep the room dark enough for sleep otherwise everything is very very clean and new . Thank you, Mike

PRO: The checkin was easy. The room was clean. CON: There was not a garbage can in the room, no hairdryer. My fault: This hotel was not as close to the main shopping areas as I thought and I was not aware that they had a free airport shuttle. We paid $70 to get to and from the airport.

We stayed one night in room 210 facing gas station.Noise from cars,loud music and yelling all night was unbearable.We couldn’t close window in bathroom it was stuck and being on main floor we didn’t feel safe and falling a sleep wasn’t possible from all the noise.I asked to be moved up to second floor more quiet area my request was denied. Parking in the back of the hotel looked like dump site. I sent the message directly to the hotel but didn’t get any response back.

Rooms are smaller than they appear online. Cleanliness was fair. We stayed for 5 nights and sheets were not changed, cleaning gloves were left on the floor in our room. Trash overflowing. Too far from the beaches and a little bit in the “Shady” part of the island.

Hotel is very old. Rooms are tiny but located close to the center if you want to explore more Aruba. Stayed 1 night as our flight got delayed. Would not stay here any longer. If you are looking for a nice beach vacation find other options
