House was spotless and very well appointed. Anything you needed was there. Obviously someone involved is very organized. House is very comfortable and can accommodate 3 couples or large families. The location is quiet but not too far from both Zion and Bryce NPs as well as some state parks. Highly recommended for your visit to South Utah parks.

Close to Zion, hr drive to Bryce, and near Carmel Junction perfectly situated to what we wanted to visit, Zion and Bryce, of course, plus Belly of the Dragon, Sand Caves, and Coral Pink Sand Dunes. Kanab for dinner - Wild Thyme, was easy peasey. We saw 72 Mule deer on the way home, but couldn't count all the stars we could see! Beautiful. Great trip and fantastic stay. This house looks brand new! It was so clean and more beautiful than the pics. The home is about 10 minutes outside the east entrance of Zion and an hour and a half to Bruce Canyon. I wish all the vrbo’s were this well kept! Helpful note to future renters- the house sits on the line of 2 time zones so our phones showed an hour earlier than the time at Zion. This was confusing when trying to plan what time to get to the park early. Go by the time on the oven and you’ll be good!

This cabin is a beautiful getaway tucked away at the edge of Zion National Park. It was an easy drive into the park or to other nearby parks. The stargazing at night was next level. The rooms are spacious and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped. The hosts were very quick to respond and have some great recommendations. If you are looking for a retreat near Zion, this can’t be beat!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean and comfortable, with cozy beds and everything we needed to cook meals at home.
