Just 25 minutes from Zion’s East Entrance, 50 minutes from the Visitor Center, and 1 hour from Bryce Canyon — your perfect private retreat for families and groups.

This professionally decorated 4-bedroom, 4-bath home comfortably sleeps 14 guests and features bespoke designs with carefully curated furnishings. The bright open-concept main level includes a spacious living room with a cozy gas fireplace, a chef’s kitchen fully stocked for memorable meals, and two king bedrooms — one with a luxurious ensuite bath. A full guest bathroom serves the main level, and a vintage-inspired mudroom with washer and dryer makes coming and going effortless.

Upstairs, the loft is a standout favorite. It overlooks the living and dining areas below while tall windows frame dramatic cliff views. This inviting space features comfortable seating with couches and chairs, a shuffleboard table, a built-in reading nook with a bed, a dedicated workspace, and high-speed internet. The loft opens to a private deck with breathtaking cliff views and cozy seating.
