The holiday flat is located in a detached house and is furnished in a modern style. The property is situated on the edge of the village. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property of the sea and its quiet, sunny location.

Orebić. The holiday apartement is located on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a path (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.

In summer: Adriatic Sea 50 m in Orebić (beach 100 m in Orebić with sand, pebbles, stones, rocks and bathing platforms). Orebić: dog beach, diving, boat hire each 100 m. Water sports facilities 150 m and tennis 600 m.
