Villa Bevel House is located on the stunning Pelješac Peninsula, the longest peninsula in Dalmatia, in the heart of the renowned wine region of Postup – famous for its premium wines, century-old vineyards, and unspoiled nature. This contemporary villa offers 260 m2 of elegantly designed interior space, set on an impressive 1,096 m2 of land.

The villa comfortably accommodates eight guests, with a maximum capacity of ten. At first sight, you’ll be captivated by its modern architecture, luxurious furnishings, and sophisticated interior design that perfectly combines comfort and elegance.

Postup is part of the municipality of Orebić, located only five kilometres away, within the Dubrovnik-Neretva County. Thanks to its position on the southwestern slopes of Pelješac, Villa Bevel House boasts breathtaking panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea from almost every room.

The interior radiates harmony and luxury, featuring four spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, bathroom, and gym. All rooms are air-conditioned. Three bedrooms are fitted with double beds (210x200, 210x180, and 200x180 cm), while the fourth offers two separate beds (200x100 cm), ideal for children or friends.
For two additional guests, there is a pull-out armchair in the main master bedroom (90x200 cm) and a sofa bed in the playroom (140x190 cm). For complete relaxation, guests can enjoy the sauna and massages available on request – a perfect private wellness experience.

In the heart of the courtyard, a 36 m2 infinity pool with a depth of 1.65 m creates a peaceful retreat where the sea and sky merge into one endless horizon. After a refreshing swim, unwind on one of the eight elegant loungers surrounded by the scents of the Mediterranean.

The outdoor barbecue area invites you to enjoy pleasant gatherings and family lunches al fresco, while four private parking spaces are available in front of the villa. Thanks to underfloor heating and a fireplace, Bevel House is equally comfortable during the cooler months.

The villa’s surroundings are designed to create perfect harmony between nature and architecture. Olive trees, palms, pomegranates, and citrus trees fill the property with Mediterranean fragrances and colours, creating an atmosphere of tranquillity and refined luxury. A special highlight is the green roof – a rare architectural feature in Croatia – which blends seamlessly with the landscape and enhances the villa’s ecological sustainability.

For guests seeking the ultimate experience, the host provides personalised concierge service – from organising private excursions and winery visits to arranging a private chef, babysitter, grocery delivery, or restaurant reservations. Every detail of your stay is taken care of with attention and discretion.

* The optimal number of guests in the villa is eight. A surcharge of thirty euros per night applies for each additional guest during the periods April 1 – June 30 and September 1 – October 30, 2026, while the surcharge is fifty euros per night from July 1 – August 31, 2026.

Pets are allowed upon request, with a maximum of two pets per stay. If approved, the fee for small pets up to 5 kg is fifteen euros per night per pet, while for larger pets over 5 kg the fee is twenty euros per night per pet.
