Charming hotel, like the fact that they have a backyard to park the car in central Örebro ( not many so be sure to book..) great cleaning service as well as breakfast and reception service ( located across the street at Hitel Örebro but very close so not a problem)

Only criticism was the rooms are very warm no air conditioning breakfast served across road not a problem a member of staff helped me with car park which is very tight the Irish coffee in the Italian restaurant superb

Family time in Orebro

Lovely large family room, with super fresh linen on the beds. Bathroom clean and modern, location is perfect, I know this hotel over many years and it always works.

Location is very good. Absolutely ok hotel for the price, rooms are clean, staff enough attentive and breakfast is good. The hotel offers buffet dinner very cheap, but unfortunately it wasn’t very good. I would recommend the hotel, just avoid eating at the restaurant.

Room is very small, different from the photos on the website. Tiny bath room, poor design, water goes everywhere after a shower. No one at front desk, check in and check out by the receptionist of a hotel across the road. Virtually no service at this hotel.

The property was convenient to get to but there was an issue with our booking since we booked with Hotel Hjalmar but instead were put in the sister property, First Hotel. The shower was broken, the chair in room was so dirty that my wife had to cover it with a towel to sit on. The heater element was broken and our keys stopped working after the first night. We were given a new room but it was a downgrade of sorts. I did not appreciate having to stay in a hotel that was not apart of the original booking. There were some good and bad elements to the stay but overall a C- grade.

Frukosten var god med helt okej bas-utbud, mycket pålägg, färsk frukt mm (lite speciell lösning att det var på hotellet på andra sidan gatan men det funkade och personalen var mycket trevlig). Vi saknade en stol i vårt dubbelrum, och det fanns bara en dörr till dusch-hörnan. I övrigt var rummet bekvämt och fräsch.

Mkt trevlig personal och helt ok sängar på rummet. Frukosten var ok. Bra läge. Vi saknade kyl på rummet, då det stod att det skulle finnas. Det var slut på handtvål i badrummet och fanns inget skohorn heller. Vi bad om vinglas att ta med till rummet och det fick vi, men två av dem var smutsiga.
