The relaxing setting of this holiday villa ensures the quietest stay for a group of up to 12 people. The comforts provided guarantee you'll unwind far from the hustle and bustle of the more touristic places in Andalucia; you will regain your strengths under the warm sunshine of Almeria province, enveloped by a breathtaking, as well as tranquil, landscape.
The two-storey house is characterised by rustic features that enhance the comfortable furniture, thus creating welcoming spots to enjoy your time as you prefer. The ground floor of the house is mainly occupied by a vast, open-space living area that shares space with a dining table and an open kitchen, which, as a whole, provides the guests with a comfortable space to rest, chat and share some unforgettable moments. On this floor, a toilet is also provided, as are two out of the six bedrooms of the house. Both are equipped with a double bed each, and one of them also relies on an ensuite with shower.
Upstairs, you will find a smaller lounge area, located at the beginning of the hallway that leads to the four bedrooms and one bathroom with shower located on the first floor. All four bedrooms are furnished with a double bed.
Heating is provided in the house via wall-mounted radiators.
Outside, you will be able to soak up the sunshine and relax in the middle of nature. The front pergola offers the best spot to rejoice in your meals, thanks to the comfortable dining table. Another gazebo is provided in the garden, this time featuring a cosy chill-out area, completed with hammocks where to fall asleep rocked by the breeze. Lastly, the splendid private pool is the jewel in the crown, providing refreshment to the whole family during the warm summer days. The fact that it's surrounded by lush vegetation and a well-maintained garden is the cherry on top.
Access to the house is possible via a 300-mt unpaved lane.
