The holiday apartment is located in a closed domain "Villamartin Gardens". The domain includes beautifully landscaped gardens and 3 swimming pools, a petanque court and a few simple play and fitness equipment.

Less than 3 km from the sandy beach and less than 2 km from the brand new shopping center Zenia Boulevard, the apartment is perfectly located to explore the area. Supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance. The beaches in the area all have a "Blue Flag", a guarantee for clean and safe beaches.

In the apartment you will find 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed box spring, and 1 with 2 separate box springs), 2 bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink.

Fantastic Rental

Stayed here 23-30 June 2025, probably the best equipped rental we have stayed at and we have stayed at quite a few. There is literally everything you could possibly require provided here, every kitchen utensil ever invented, tea towels, Coffee Machine, plenty of Bath/Hand towels, spare pillows etc etc. Aircon in all bedrooms and Living area was very good and needed as it was 34C every day. Nice outside terrace area with comfy chairs, secure underground parking, beach chairs and parasol in store area for guests use. Excellent communication with Robby and met on arrival by Stefi who was very helpful.20-25 mins walk to Vila Martin Plaza restaurants, 20 mins walk to La Zenia Boulevard shops. There is a supermarket locally (Dialprix) and a few restaurants round the corner. Car would be required/recommended for getting to beach - Cabo Roig beach is good and approx 10 mins drive.Highly recommended!

Luxury Apartment

Described as a luxury apartment and that is exactly how we described it. Booked a 5 night stay in May. We were met at the entrance by the key holder who was very helpful showing us around the grounds before taking us to the apartment and showed us how everything worked. Our biggest concern when booking private apartment is the cleanliness of bedding, kitchen utensils etc but we found this apartment to be immaculately clean. We only used the hob to cook some eggs in the morning but the amount of pots, pans and utensils that are available is amazing. The bathrooms were very clean with large walk in showers and we enjoyed the lovely big reclining sofa chairs in the sunny balcony. Overall this place is very clean, very secure and in a very central location and I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Unbelievable Apartment!

This place has it all. The apartment was spotless when we arrived, met the key holder at the agreed time and location no problems. was shown around and then our holiday began. Close location to the pools, overlooking one of them, A/C was a must due to the heat and it was great in all rooms. Comfy beds, all the hair preparation tools you would need, and a fully fitted kitchen with everything, including dishwasher, washer, coffee machine etc. It has it all! We had a car and the underground parking was easy to access via the lift. Great location, close to bars and restaurants. Even the balcony can be cooled with the 2no ceiling fans. Minor niggle, being English the welcome booklet is not in English but we worked things out after a bit. Problem was, the apartment was that good, cool and with great Wi-fi, it was a struggle to get the kids out of it. Fantastic place to spend your holiday in Villa Martin. do not hesitate to stay here, you will not be disapointed.

Ontvangst en uitchecken ging super! Alle lof aan Stefy. Contact met eigenaar ook heel prettig. Huis is helemaal goed. Urbanisatie rustig, leuke zwembaden. Alleen de omgeving is niet direct onze smaak. Maar dat is heel persoonlijk. Een dikke tien wat ons betreft.

Apartamento muito bem equipado e inserido num condomínio privado praticamente novo e numa zona muito tranquila a cerca de 2/3 km da praia. Com 3 piscinas, garagem e jardim. Todos os utensílios para a praia, desde os chapéu de sol, as cadeiras, jogos de praia e boias.

Karin , que nos recibió , muy amable y atenta , el apartamento igual que en las fotos , muy limpio , con todos los utensilios de cocina necesarios , urbanización muy tranquila con tres piscinas , plaza de garaje y trastero. La TV tiene Neflix. Volveríamos sin duda.
