Das sehr schöne, äußerst saubere und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Penthouse befindet sich in der zentral gelegenen Urbanisation Oasis Beach 6, ganz nah am größten Einkaufzentrum der Costa Blanca, dem La Zenia Boulevard. Es verfügt über 2 Schlaf-und 2 Badezimmer, einem sehr schön eingerichteten Wohnzimmer und einer voll ausgestatteten Küche. Auf gleicher Wohnebene befindet sich eine kleine Außenterrasse, die sehr windgeschützt ist und auf der man ganz entspannt die Nachmittags- und Abendsonne genießen kann. Eine Etage höher erwartet Sie die große Sonnenterrasse, auf der Sie sich von morgens bis abends, dem Sonnenbad hingeben können. Das Apartment liegt im Herzen La Zenias, so dass Sie Vieles fußläufig erreichen. Restaurants, Bars, Banken, Ärzte, Shoppingmöglichkeiten etc. sind wirklich nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Lovely apartment in a really nice part of La Zenia!

It is a lovely apartment which is literally across the road from La Zenia Boulevard (a large shopping complex) but is in its own secure landscaped grounds with a pool and landscaped areas to sit and play in. The apartment has everything you need and over the fortnight we have been here we have not needed anything else. The outside areas within the apartment are really good with a table and chairs right outside the lounge area and a further table and chairs and sun loungers on the very private roof terrace. It is convenient for the beaches (a couple of lovely coves including El Capitan are only minutes away by car).and local restaurants and about 15 mins by car from golf courses at Las Ramblas, Compoamor and VillaMartin. We are here in February when the weather has generally been good tho with a bit of windy wet weather too - time we have spent in the apartment has been very comfortable with good seating and a Smart TV. Really its a bit of a gem that maybe we should have kept quiet about to ensure future availability for ourselves!!

Lovely apartment overlooking the pool. Couldn’t fault it.

Absolutely Outstanding from The Welcome to Checkout, met with Franz & Yusuf. We’ve been travelling to this area over 20 years now since My Late Father introduced us to the Area & this is the 1st time we are booking the same Property for a return Say this year !!! Property was of A Very High Standard, Fantastic Beds & Bedding assures a great nights Sleep. Private Rooftop with the Sun All Day Long. Property has Absolutely Everything you will need for a 1st Class Break Away. Lovely to see a variety of Nationalities around the Garden & Pool Area.

Last minute holiday

We had a fabulous week at this apartment. From the initial booking to the wonderful welcome we received from Franz we couldnt fault anything. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing break away. The complex is so quiet and you have bars and shops just round the corner that you can easily walk to. Franz was so helpful and couldnt do enough for us ensuring we had everything we needed. We will definitely be coming back to this property. Thank you Franz.
