Es lamentable que el esfuerzo del personal y la experiencia general del hotel se vean opacados por una gestión administrativa francamente deficiente. Este hotel fue elegido precisamente considerando que ofrecería atención expedita en todo el proceso que conlleva una reservación, incluida —por supuesto— la correcta y oportuna emisión de facturas. Esa expectativa no se cumplió. Resulta inaceptable que una solicitud de factura realizada desde el 15 de abril continúe sin resolverse al 27 de abril y que, después de múltiples seguimientos e intentos por escalar el tema, la única respuesta sea que existen problemas en su sistema de facturación. Una falla interna no puede trasladarse al cliente como justificación permanente. En un hotel de este nivel se espera que los procesos funcionen de principio a fin, no solo en la estancia, sino también en la gestión posterior. No me es posible otorgar una mejor evaluación cuando un proceso básico ha sido atendido con tanta negligencia. Una mala administración termina comprometiendo la credibilidad de todo el servicio.

El peor lugar para descansar, la habitación “galería de arte” está a metros de la recepción, suena de madrugada el teléfono, la alarma del portón, la gente entrando ebria, meseros platicando todo se oye, en la habitación es todo incómodo: el baño improvisado a centímetros de la cama sin privacidad, la ducha sin espacio ni para jabón, el lavabo afuera, el clóset es una mampara de mimbre y de noche el calor terrible sin poder prender el clima porque el control no funciona por las baterías bajas. Pude dormir desde las 20 que me acosté lo logré hasta casi las 4 am. Horrible lugar

Gran hotel. Excelente servicio, todos muy atentos y amables; la habitación tiene un diseño hermoso, estaba limpia y cómoda. El hotel tiene detalles sorprendentes en su diseño.
