Great price, great location. Had a Carrefour nearby and is right in front of a bus stop. The only downside is that you can hear the street noises so if you prefer silence, I wouldn’t recommend.

I've stayed at a few Aparthotels run by this chain & know what to expect - in terms of apartment condition this was fine and walkable to the city centre. What made my stay difficult was the car parking. I emailed the property twice before arriving (on a Saturday) saying that I needed to park my car but nothing was done. I even phoned the number provided but they never replied. I ended up street parking which was not ideal.

A little disappointed with our stay. To begin with, we couldn’t get into our room! As we were checking in outside of reception hours we were emailed access codes only to find that upon arrival the access codes had expired and we could not access our room. Luckily however when someone exited the building we were able to wait in the reception area while we worked out what to do to avoid the pouring rain. I asked a lady who was entering the building if she knew the access codes. She did not but pointed me towards a number to call outside reception hours. Without her help we wouldn’t have seen this number as it was tiny and not well signed. After getting into the room we found the blinds broken, being stuck down and unable to be lifted up to let in the light.

60e sans petit déjeuner : c’est le prix payé pour un lit sans confort dans une chambre bruyante donnant sur une rue passante. Je ne retrouvais pas les codes d’accès , paniquée, j’ai laissé 3 messages sur un répondeur, personne n’a daigné me rappeler. Oui oui même si c’était écrit. Mais je croyais naïvement que nous avons encore à faire à des humains et pas des robots. Seuls points positifs: une bouteille, sachet thé et café offerts. Malgré cela, je n’y retournerai pas.

Excellent rapport qualité prix pour ce séjour d’une nuit. Seul bémol, l’insonorisation des fenêtres, la chambre donnait sur la rue sur le côté qui est très passante et donc très bruyante. Sinon le personnel est disponible et à l’écoute. Une adresse à garder car bien située et économique.

Facile d’accès et proche centre ville

Super emplacement à deux pas du centre et de la cathédrale. Parking facile. Les consignes pour accéder à l’établissement hors présence physique sont envoyées par mail. Chambre 309, confortable et calme. Pour ceux qui veulent cuisiner ou réchauffer des aliments, c’est possible du fait de la kitchenette. La salle de bain-toilette est très bien. Le lit est confortable avec quatre coussins et un couette. Le chauffage est efficace. Manque des prises supplémentaires à la tête du lit et surtout en bon état. Nous avons déposé la clé dans la boîte à lettres de l’établissement car pour une arrivée après 19h le vendredi et un départ à 8h30 le dimanche, nous n’avons croisé personne à qui la remettre. Nous reviendrons certainement dans cet hébergement lors de nos prochains passages à Orléans. Merci.

Bof sauf si on veut faire très très basique

Grosse déception! En fait, la publicité annoncée d’apparthotel est trompeuse puisqu’en réalité, il s’agit de chambres étudiantes dans une résidence étudiante. Le nom Séjours et affaires apparthotels induit en erreur. Les locaux sont gris et tristes. Quant à l’appartement que nous avons loué, il s’apparente davantage à une petite chambre basique disposant d’un petit coin « cuisine » logé dans le couloir d’entrée. Cela ne donne pas envie de cuisiner. Cependant, pour ceux qui sont à la recherche de simplicité et qui disposent d’un petit budget et qui veulent être situés pas loin du centre-ville, cette option reste intéressante.
