The condo sleeps 6 with a king bed in the master, a king bed in the second bedroom, and one full and one twin bed in the third bedroom. It’s the perfect space for a romantic getaway, a multi- couple’s vacation, or a fun family reunion. The penthouse level of the Van Lee offers breathtaking views of Ormond and the best sight-lines for experiencing the Atlantic Ocean's beauty, life, and movement. Local shops, grocery stores, farmers' and flea markets, boutiques, coffee shops, art galleries, and restaurants are a few miles away, some within walking distance. Many more adventures and opportunities are just beyond, including Daytona Beach, St. Augustine, Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, and Daytona International Speedway.

Enjoy the sights or relax in a cozy-modern and serene environment where the sandy beaches and ocean waves are framed in the large windows. This is an immaculate spacious 3 bed/3 bath condo. So many amenities and details, like being at home. We couldn’t have asked for more. The view is stunning, the balcony is wonderful and shades over mid morning, making it comfortable all day. Love the Polywood padded chaise lounges and dinning table.

Perfect room, view and beach

The room is just like advertised on the picture, top floor, perfect view and space. The beach is sometimes quiet, sometimes a lot of wave depending on the time of the day. The owner has beach chair, toy and kitchen well stocked. To our surprise, they have a cabinet full of board games and puzzles. Great selection.

Superb Penthouse Condo on the Beach

Fantastic 3 bedroom condo with plenty of gathering space for meals and social times. Terrific view of the beach. A corner unit so we were able to see the early sunrise in the Atlantic and then watch the sunset over the Halifax River in the evening.

Amazing Beach Condo!!!

We had a really awesome stay this week!! The condo is beautiful! Very clean! Amazing views! The reservations throughout are extremely well done. They thought of everything! If you are checking in this Summer, just note they are currently down an elevator, so bring your patience at check in! We have been coming to the Daytona/Ormand area for the last 9-10 Summers and this is easily one of the nicer condos we have stayed in! You will not be disappointed!!!

When you first walk into this absolutely gorgeous condo....you would think that you were the FIRST one to have ever stayed here! Everything is IMMACULATE!!! :) There wasn't a crumb or a piece of sand ANYWHERE! Which is really something considering you're at the BEACH! Peter was absolutely wonderful to text with from the beginning of the process to even if we needed anything! There was PLENTY of space, and everything was clean, well stocked and well thought out! Thank you Peter for a much needed vacation spot that really made you feel at home....away from home! :)

Absolutely breathtaking

This property was my absolute favorite place I have ever stayed at. I will for sure be revisiting. Peter was awesome and very helpful, easy to contact. The property is quiet and relaxing. Bed were comfortable and kitchen has just about everything we needed. Breathtaking views of the beach/ocean which was my favorite to wake up to and drink my coffee.

Lovely balcony facing the ocean and front seating for viewing the sunset and Halifax River, or to be out of the wind. 3 bedrooms all with their own bathrooms, one master with a slider to the ocean view balcony!
