The room was clean when we go there. Everything was in order. The problem was we would leave the room anywhere between 8:30 and 9:30 in the morning and we would come back between 1:30 and 4:00 pm and the first three days of our stay our room was never visited by housekeeping. We had to go down to the desk to get towels and have our toom made up.

Check-in went great! The front desk staff was very welcoming and so joyful to speak with!! I was checking in for two rooms, so we went to our vehicles and gathered our belongings to take in. When we arrived at our rooms, one of the toilets was clogged and unable to be used. After notifying the front desk, they immediately got us into another room without any further questions. They were so easy to deal with and it was a pleasure staying here.
