A new apartment hotel building. Very good location. 5 mins to Shinsaibashi. 2 mins to metro. Quiet and clean. Bigger space than normal Japan hotel. Free travel guide. We can speak English. You can check in&out by yourself. Looking forward your visiting!

Pros:Great location near restaurants, grocery stores, and a 100-yen store.Spacious (especially after our tiny 90 sq ft hotel in Shibuya).Washing machine was a big plus in Osaka’s heat.Basic soaps, extra toilet paper, and garbage bags provided.Cons:No communication from the host until I reached out the morning of arrival; she replied five hours later literally as we got off the train in Osaka.No hot water, and no reply when I messaged about it.Kitchen was extremely bare — no mugs, plates, dish towels, or basics.Had to buy coffee cups, plates, and a wine glass at the 100-yen store.Cleanliness about a 6/10 (dirty socks in a cupboard).Felt like the owners might be winding down their VRBO rentals.Would I stay again? Maybe — if I brought everything with me. The price was a pro, but you get what you pay for.

Pleased with the Place

I had hesitations post-booking after reading the reviews. Almost canceled and booked elsewhere but was happily pleased of the experience. Location was perfect. Room has some stains and dirtinesses but overall, worth the price and met expectations.

Pros: - Nice and spacious apartment - Easy check in process - Clean lobby with lift Cons: - The host was difficult to contact (you have to contact him via different app called Vbro even thought I have made booking via Expedia) - The carpet was dirty so the apartment could do with a deep clean thorough - The apartment is about 12 mins walk from Shinsabashi station exit 5 or 6 (not 5 mins as advertised) - Checkin instructions was sent less than 24hrs prior which was frustrating - If you need further supplies like an iron, toilet papers, towel, washing liquid then you can forget it as no one was on Level 2 store room that can help you. Verdict: Ok to stay here if you can put up with the above issues and accept the risk of running into issues with no help as the host is overseas and not easily contactable.

Perfect for anyone looking for a nice place in the heart of the city close to most attractions and transportation. A grocery story is nearby as are a 7/11 and Lawson. Apartment is well stocked and owner has thought of everything one would need. Only con is that the owner is less responsive to messages but I hardly needed to contact him beyond the initial. Thanks! would recommend and will stay again.

What was good - location. It's central and close to train stations. The apartment is a good size for Japanese standards. No stains on the bed.Areas of opportunities - cleanliness & communications. Apartment had been cleaned quite lightly. The pictures attached here speak for themselves. As for communications with the host, after the entry code was provided to us, communications was non-existent. We reached out multiple times (via the VRBO app and also via the email address posted on the front door to the apartment) - no reply was sent. We did not feel confident that we would have been supported had there been a serious emergency but it sure would have been nice if the host could have arranged for the night table light to be repaired and some new towels to be provided so we could have used them to cover up the stains on the sofa. Other observations - wall clock did not work, no ability to change towels (even though we were advised we could pick up new ones on the 2nd floor), no bath matt provided, no garbage can provided in the toilet area, sponge in kitchen was dirty, instructions for washing machine missing, and stains throughout apartment floor and on sofa.Please note that although a washing machine was provided, it is not the kind that also dry so you'll need to hang dry.Overall we would say that many of these problems related to cleanliness could have been remedied by the host/cleaner - it is unfortunate they could not be reached.

Very disappointed

The appartement was nothing like the pictures. There was no wifi, no TV, no instructions… the appartement was dirty and smelled of cigarettes. Access to the appartement was blocked by many boxes and carnage… We had to go elsewhere to stay.

Worst rental ever

This rental was a nightmare. Unresponsive Owner, misleading pictures, no tv, no wifi, last minute check-in instruction sent, dirty apartment, smell of cigarettes, stained carpet and couch, cluttered hall to access the apartment. We had to find an alternate accommodation upon seeing all this mess. Would not recommend this rental to anyone.

Osaka trip

We entered the lobby and first impression was how clean and modern the building looked, upon entering the suite both my daughter and I were impressed by how cute the apartment was, perfect size for myself and my 19yr old girl, The washroom was well stocked with nice smelling shampoo/conditioner and body wash, with nice comfy towels, and upon looking at the sink the owner had thoughtfully stocked wrapped qtips toothbrushes The laundry area was supplied with laundry soap as well as hangers in the closet we used to dry out clothes in the balcony We really enjoyed our visit and we were wonderfully surprised as to how accurate the pictures were to the listing. Upon dealing with the owner, I had a few questions regarding suite entry as well as rules for her property, She has always responded answering all my questions and I appreciate the prompt communication As for the suite itself, it’s so convenient for the metro and the convenience store as well as super close to nice shopping areas and amazing restaurants I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here myself as well in the future!

Clean apartment. Very good location, convenience store in front, station at 3min walk. The host was nice and was available at the 2nd floor if you need anything. There was everything we needed in the apartment.
